Often we find ourselves overwhelmed by a situation we don't quite know how to deal with on our own.  We've exhausted our own personal reservoir... New and sometimes confusing experiences, or challenges with ridding ourselves of old ones that haven't been so good for our well-being and health, can lead us to seek help from others.  This is often much more beneficial than "handling it" alone.  

There are people available to you who can be very helpful in offering guidance, insights, their own experiences (helping you to realize you are not alone), legal advice or other help.  Sometimes they can offer just plain ol', simple, but all-important emotional and/or spiritual support, a comforting shoulder, or a compassionate ear.  Ultimately you, and you alone, will change the situation for the better, but there's nothing wrong with availing yourself of the freely offered support available to you.
